HyeAI Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information HyeAI uses to provide accounts, assistants, family and team access, creative tools, and support.

Information we process

We process your verified sign-in identity, profile preferences, conversations you choose to keep, saved items, usage counters, plan and family membership, projects, generated media, feedback, and security logs.

How information is used

We use information to deliver the service, maintain your permanent HyeAI identity, apply plan limits, route requests to AI providers, protect the platform, provide support, and improve reliability.

AI providers

HyeAI uses a provider-neutral routing layer. The text or files required for a request may be sent to the selected AI provider. Your HyeAI identity and saved history remain in HyeAI’s database and are not tied to one provider account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers that operate the platform, when you direct us to, or when required by law.

Retention and control

You can export your HyeAI account data from account settings. Contact us to request correction or deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, or accounting purposes.

Security and children

We use access controls and platform security protections appropriate to the service. No internet service can promise absolute security. Family organizers should supervise use by minors.

Automated abuse protection

HyeAI uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify legitimate requests in the background and protect registration and public forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may process limited technical and security information for this purpose. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
